Its primary focus is providing employers with a thorough, well-organized, efficient system of communicating results of on-the-job injures directly to the employer. The purpose of CompTrac is to provide employers with a medical system that understands their companies' needs and the needs of their employees. Efficiency in treating injured workers and returning them to work as soon as possible is a priority. Baptist CompTrac has provided workers' compensation services since 1993.
