Provider Information

The Provider Relations and Facility & Payer Relations Departments function as liaisons among contracted providers (physician practices, ancillary providers, and hospitals), third-party payers, and insurance companies. The staff works to define areas where providers are needed and enhance network development strategy. The departments work on behalf of insureds and providers to resolve network participation, contractual issues, and reimbursement disputes.
