1.Who do I call for my eligibility, benefits, and claims information?

BHSG does not have access to patient and benefit information; you will need to call the customer service phone number listed on your health plan I.D. card.

2.Who are the providers in the BHSG, BHSG Select, or Select Health Alliance networks?

For a listing of services for each facility, please click the OP Facility Search link and then choose a service from the "Speciality" drop-down box.

4. Are directions available to a specific participating provider?

Yes, a map is available for each participating provider. Please click on the provider search links below, and then click on the map icon beside the provider you choose.

5. Does Baptist offer pediatric services?

Baptist offers a number of specialized pediatric services and locations, including:

Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children's Hospital: Hardin Pediatric Center

P.D.'s Perch outpatient center

Pediatric general surgery

Pediatric outpatient rehabilitation

P.D.'s Nest Program (helps alleviate children's fears about surgery and medical procedures)

Pediatric emergency room at the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children's Hospital
