Client Services
The BHSG client services team is committed to providing our business partners with individualized service so that each of our partners derives the maximum benefit from its health care dollars.
The client services staff:
- Assists our clients in exploring all relevant group health insurance options
- Manages administrative issues related to the processing of group health insurance accounts
- Acts as the liaison between claims payers, networks, providers and the client
- Builds and maintains relationships with the client’s insurance broker
- Arranges or provides employee health plan orientation/enrollment and education
- Acts as the point of contact for the client if problems are experiened with the health care network
- Serves as the point of contact for employees with provider issues
- Functions as the point of contact when employers experience claims problems with physicians or facilities
- Facilitates the client’s access to occupational health services provided by the Baptist network of providers
