Client Services

The BHSG Client Services Department is committed to providing our business partners with a highly-individualized service designed specifically to maximize benefits and save health care dollars.

The Client Services Staff:

• Assists our clients in exploring all relevant group health insurance options
• Manages administrative issues related to the processing of group health insurance accounts
• Acts as the liaison between claims payers, networks, providers, and the client
• Builds and maintains relationships with the client’s insurance broker
• Arranges or provides employee health plan orientation/enrollment and education
• Acts as the point of contact for the client if problems arise with the health care network
• Functions as the point of contact when employers experience claims problems with physicians or facilities
