1. How do I sign up?
For more information about the CompTrac program and completing an individualized company profile, please call Baptist Health Services Group at (901) 722-WORK (9675)in Memphis, or (800) 720-WORK (9675) if you are outside the Memphis area.

2. What do I do if I have an injured employee?
In case of emergency, have your employees transported to the nearest emergency room for treatment.

In Memphis:
If the injuries are not serious enough for the emergency department, send them to one of the four Baptist Minor Medical Centers in the Memphis area. Click here for a map with those locations and hours of operations.

If the injuries occur after hours, send employees to one of Baptist's emergency departments, which are located at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville, Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Click here for a map and directions to these hospitals.

In other areas:
Send injured employees to one of the following Baptist facilities for treatment. Click here for a map showing the facilities providing workers' compensation services.
