Back to Top 2. What do I do if I have an injured employee? In case of emergency, have your employees transported to the nearest emergency room for treatment. In Memphis: If the injuries are not serious enough for the emergency department, send them to one of the four Baptist Minor Medical Centers in the Memphis area. If the injuries occur after hours, send employees to one of Baptist's emergency departments, which are located at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville, Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis.
